HushFleet will be an independent register of VPN providers, scored on what can be checked rather than on what is paid for. The model is written, the records are being read, and nothing goes public until both hold up.

  Every place in the ranking comes from the published model. No provider can buy a position, and no external rating is carried in.

• Traceable records

  Each entry says when it was read and what it was read from, so a claim on the site can be taken apart by anyone who wants to.

• Nothing published early

  A half-checked register is worse than an empty one. This page stands here until the first set of records is complete.
